Mark the date!!! Saturday, November 22, 2014 will be our Photography Club Fall Exhibit to be held at the Aspen Room of the Quality Resort from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
This day is set aside for you to display your photographs and tell stories through your images. To sell a print would be the “icing on the cake”, however, the real purpose is to expose your talents & mingle with the public. Remember, this is a no cost to you event and a great time to meet and mingle with your friends, the residents of Pagosa Springs, and visitors coming into town for the upcoming holiday.
Tables (20″x70″ &/or 30″x70″) can be supplied, if needed.
You will be responsible for your table covering, take down & to leave your area clean.
Each person will have approx. 6′ x 8-10′ to display your images. The room will be open for set up from 6:00pm – 7:30pm on Friday, Nov. 21st (best time to come, then you can pick your space) Completing set up will be Saturday from 7:30am – 9:00 am
For $10.00 a box lunch of chicken or tuna sandwich, or a deli wrap, chips, apple and beverage is being offered. This will be ordered in advance & pre-paid.
We are planning to advertise this event to the public, but it will help if everyone participating lets their friends and neighbors know about the Exhibit.
Remember, this event is no cost to you, so get your prints ready…framed or not, they can be simply matted or in a portfolio. However, space is limited, so please confirm your participation by November 10. Prepare to meet and greet the residents of Pagosa Springs, their guests and tourists. This will be a fun event!
